Adult Volunteers Needed!

The Mentor Network
Roots and Shoots needs at least 6 adult mentors to dedicate 1-2 hrs a month assisting newer Roots & Shoots leaders in their area. Mentors give *how-to* advice to new leaders and share their experiences. Contact Christine at cellersick@janegoodall.org with questions, or to be added to the Volunteer Network consultant list.

The Resource Network
This network will include individuals working in businesses that support Roots & Shoots, or individuals who are able to use their professional skills to promote the financial sustainability of New England Roots & Shoots: this includes sharing professional skills for the benefit of Roots & Shoots; procuring in-kind donations; or helping with fundraising and outreach to local and regional businesses. Volunteers will be sought in the areas of travel, financial planning, fundraising, creation of a corporate membership program, in-kind services procurement, insurance, marketing plan development, technology use and/or legal advice. You would not have a regular commitment each month, but would agree to be available on an *on-call* basis.
